At ZEIT FÜR BROT, our journey began with a simple yet powerful commitment: to revive genuine craftsmanship and transparency in baking, right in the heart of Berlin. Founded in 2009 and now proudly based at our flagship store on Konstanzer Str. 1, we blend traditional techniques and open kitchens with a modern passion for sustainability and community. Every loaf and pastry is handmade from Bioland-certified organic ingredients, free from artificial additives and produced using renewable energy.
